Return/Exchange policy
At Dottie’s Crab Shack, we take great pride in providing our customers with the highest quality products and service.
If your order was incorrect or if there was a quality issue with the product you received, please return the unconsumed items to the store. We will gladly remake or replace the returned items at no additional cost.
If a comparable product is unavailable, store credit will be issued, which can be applied toward any future purchase.
Please note that returns and exchanges will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The returned product was consumed or is not in a sufficient quantity for evaluation.

The customer no longer wishes to keep the product for reasons unrelated to quality or order accuracy.

The product was not returned to the store.

The product was purchased, then improperly refrigerated or frozen after leaving the store.

The product was pre-ordered but not picked up within 10 minutes of the agreed-upon pickup time.
